Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Products

  1. Cancellation Prior to Invoice Issuance: Orders for Products can be cancelled partially or fully before the issuance and processing of the invoice. Once the invoice has been processed and issued, orders cannot be cancelled.

  2. Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel a placed purchase order, please reference the unique tracking identity number received from us and send an email to info@villageelegance.com to request cancellation.

  3. Refund Initiation: Upon receiving the cancellation request before invoice issuance, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 5 business days. The refund amount will be credited through the same mode of payment used for the purchase.

Return of Products

  1. Initiating Return: You may request a return of a Product if it meets certain criteria, including being damaged, defective, or not as described, within 5 days from the delivery date.

  2. Return Conditions: Products must be kept in unused, original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact for successful return pick-up.

  3. Verification Process: We will verify the return request and may request images or conduct a physical assessment of the Product to determine eligibility for return.

  4. Return Criteria: Products must satisfy certain mandatory conditions, including being unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging materials.

  5. Non-Returnable Products: Certain Products may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items or Products not meeting return criteria.

Refund

  1. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible Products will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of verification and assessment.

  2. Mode of Refund: Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment mode chosen by the customer.

  3. Exclusions: Shipping charges and other applicable charges will not be included in the refund amount, except in cases of defective or damaged Products.
