Terms of Shipping and Delivery

  • We partner with reliable third-party logistics service providers to ensure prompt shipping and delivery of products to our customers (“Logistic Partners”).
  • Upon order processing, we will provide you with the details of the Logistic Partner responsible for handling the shipping and delivery of your purchased products.
  • Our estimated delivery time ranges from 0 to 7 days, ensuring swift and efficient delivery of your orders right to your doorstep.
  • Our standard dispatch timelines range from 7 to 10 days from the date of placing the order. You will receive an estimated delivery timeline upon order confirmation, and we will also share order details via email and/or mobile number provided during registration.
  • While we primarily utilize Logistic Partners for deliveries, we reserve the right to handle shipping and delivery independently if deemed necessary.
  • We endeavor to ship our products nationwide. However, there may be certain areas that our Logistic Partners deem unserviceable for delivery. If your area falls under such category, we will notify you during the ordering process. You may also verify the delivery availability by entering your area pin-code on our platform.
  • To ensure smooth delivery, we may collect specific information such as your name, shipping address, contact details, etc. It is important that you provide accurate and complete information to avoid any delays in delivery. We disclaim liability for any delivery failures arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
  • Our aim is to deliver products within the estimated timeline. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return, deducting applicable shipping charges.
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays, but we disclaim liability for such delays.
  • We expect professionalism and integrity from our delivery partners. However, we are not liable for any actions or behavior of delivery personnel. Any disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved directly by you.
  • Upon order processing, you will receive a unique tracking identity number to monitor the delivery status. We engage third-party service providers for deliveries, and tracking accuracy may vary.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are based on the order value and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. The title and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.
